I haven't written in this journal for a long time, so much has happened in the last year i can possibly fit it all in here. I now have an amazing new boyfriend, i love him to bits and even more so because he loves me as i am, he doesnt pressurise me to lose. in fact he doesnt want me to lol. but i want to look good for him one day im going to marry this man and when i do im going to be beautiful, and remember that beauty when i look back on the photos. I've decided that im not going to set an ultimate goal weight, im just gona keep going until im happy with the way i look. Hopefully that day will come. so here's how i plan to do it...
to start with im going to do my workouts every other day. Workouts will be in the form of a dvd so that i cn follow it and do it properly, i dont like going to the gym anyhow. i walk everywhere anyway as i dont have a car so will get extra excercise that way. i MUST drink 2-3 litres of water a day and im limiting myself to a maximum of 800 cals but im gona aim for 600 each day. i wana lose at least 4lb a week. I'm also gona keep this journal, and post my progress to it daily & weekly ( totals loss, good week/bad week etc)
